The core of the menu is the pasta, which begins with Roman classics like cacio e pepe, amatriciana and carbonara, and evolves to newer school interpretations, including a ravioli-like mezzasole stuffed with gulf shrimp alongside chunks of burrata.With approximately 80 seats in two dining areas and a bar, Locanda is the largest of the Delfina restaurants, and it's also the only one with cocktails. It's open late, too, all of which should add up to the Stolls' latest hot spot.
