Keeping track of changes in government regulations can be tough. The GGRA provides notification of new ordinances through our e-newsletter, and offers ongoing courses to help members satisfy certifications easily and affordably. Examples include: Food Safety Certification and Management Harassment Education and Training, both required by the State of California and the city of San Francisco. Additional seminars are offered to keep you up to date on the latest issues affecting the industry and your business: ADA Compliance Law, Meal and Rest Periods, changes in Labor Law, Serving Alcohol Safely (ABC), and many more.

In addition to our Education Programs the GGRA has a scholarship foundation (GGRASF). The Foundation is a separate 501 c3 and provides annual tuition scholarships to students studying in culinary and hospitality programs. Encourage your employees to apply!
