John O’Connell High School’s Wish List

The brand new culinary program at John O’Connell High School, now under the expert tutelage of the former chef /owner of Palio D’Asti, Dan Scherotter, needs our membership support. The kitchen classroom at John O’Connell is in need of a few supplies to kick off the new program. Students have spent the first part of the new school year working from the ProStart curriculum of text books laying the foundation for their kitchen instruction to begin, and are just about to begin knife training in preparation for their cooking training.

Chef Dan is hoping for GGRA member support in providing the following items to properly supply his classroom kitchen: a grill, a stock burner and an ice cream maker.
