Cristina Spampinato

Cristina Spampinato has been cooking since before she was able to walk.  She remembers sitting on her grandmother's counter, sampling fresh Italian cheeses and folding the creases on each empanada.  Her dream is to create her own restaurant emphasizing Mediterranean cuisine and traditional culture with a modern fusion.  She loves incorporating her heritage and the flavors of the past, present and future into every dish.
