Spain at Cordon Bleu SF

Foods from Spain is pleased to invite all chefs and young chefs in training to two exclusive tasting seminars on Wednesday, November 16 at Le Cordon Bleu. This is an incredible opportunity to learn about some of Spain’s extraordinary gastronomic jewels:

The Art of Carving an Iberico Ham – with Master Carver Mario Hiraldo (9:30 – 10:15 4th Floor room 413)

Don’t Be Fooled: Learn to Taste and Identify a Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil – with Jeffrey Shaw from Foods of Spain and Mat Schuster from Canela Bistro and Wine Bar (10:30 – 11:15 4th Floor room 413).
