Registration for the Golden Gate Restaurant Association’s Food Safety Manager class is for the 1-Day Course, which includes a text book and exam. The course is available to GGRA members for $95 and nonmembers for $165. If you have questions about membership, email Donnalyn. Class begins at 8:30am and instruction runs until 2pm. The exam follows the instruction. There is also an exam only option. The class, exam and study materials are all entirely in Spanish.
