The Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance: What, Why, & How

The Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance went into effect on January 1, 2014 and applies to all San Francisco-based public, private, and nonprofit establishments with 20 or more employees. The ordinance seeks a positive collaboration between employers and employees to create an inclusive and productive work environment.
