There are over two dozen pending bills in the Legislature dealing with sexual harassment – most imposing more responsibilities and liability on California employers. From personal liability for retaliation and increased training requirements to prohibitions on arbitration and confidential settlement agreements, sexual harassment is dominating the debate in Sacramento.
