The tragic shooting of a restaurant worker this week in the Mission has reminded us that it is always a good time to review and update your restaurant safety procedures. GGRA contacted the San Francisco Police Department’s Project Safe to assist us in outlining safety measures restaurants should consider to be prepared for robberies but the list also includes good practices to follow for overall restaurant safety.
