National Labor Relations Act Posting Notice Effective January 31, 2012

In compliance with the National Labor Relations Act, businesses will be required to post an Employee Rights Notice beginning January 31, 2012. Restaurants are defined by the National Labor Relations Board under the category of Retailers and businesses with a gross annual sales volume of $500,000 or more are required to post the notice.
