The San Francisco minimum wage will increase to $10.24/hour effective January 1, 2012. GGRA Members can obtain the updated San Francisco posting notice as well as updated State and Federal posting notices at a discounted rate of $25 per poster by contacting HR Ideas.

Be on the lookout for another Federal posting requirement currently being litigated, National Labor Relations Act. If the NLRA posting notice obligation is not overturned by 12/31/11, businesses will be required to post the NLRA notice for employees by January 31, 2012. The new notice will be 11x14 and cost $7.00. GGRA will keep you informed as this litigation progresses.
