The new California Food Handler Card Law is very clear that employees are responsible for obtaining their food handler cards and GGRA has several online programs available for your employees to do so. However, many restaurants are interested in handling this process internally. ServSafe makes it possible for someone on your staff to become an instructor, order materials and exams to train and certify the staff. ServSafe has print exams available in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Korean. GGRA Member restaurants receive a 10% discount through ServSafe on instructor materials and exams.
