2012 Fancy Food Show Chef Demonstrations Recap

GGRA was proud to partner with the Organization to Promote Japanese Restaurants Abroad (JRO) on this year's Fancy Food Show. JRO asked GGRA to assist in getting the word out in the chefs' community about doing live cooking demonstrations at the Winter Fancy Food Show. We also provided the use of one of the SF Chefs event demo kitchens and coordinated the chefs' assistants with Acrobat Outsourcing.

The participating chefs created original dishes utilizing Japanese ingredients and presented them live at the show. Audience participants enjoyed tastes of each dish and packed the small presentation area for each demonstration.
