On January 1, new provisions of the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance took effect. To help clarify some of the these new provisions to the HSCO, GGRA will host a conference call for all members. This one hour conference will review major changes regarding Covered Employees, Expenditure Rates, changes related to businesses using reimbursement accounts, and filling out the Annual Reporting Form.

Rob Black, Executive Director of Golden Gate Restaurant Association will present a review of these topics joined by Matt Goldberg, Supervising Compliance Officer of the San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement.
