Restaurants Go Carbon Neutral on Earth Day–and Beyond
Earth Day is April 22! Some of the best restaurants in the the world are banding together to fight climate change and we want to join them!
We are proud to announce the list of Bay Area restaurants, Atelier Crenn, Benu, Cala, Commonwealth, flour+ water, Healdsburg SHED, in situ, Lord Stanley, Mission Chinese Food, Monsieur Benjamin, Namu Gaji, Petit Crenn and The Perennial are all working with Zero Foodprint to become carbon neutral by reducing and offsetting their carbon emissions through projects that take greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere. Because the food system is the biggest contributor to climate change, we can all play a part in creating the future we want.
