Rising Up Campaign – Get Involved!

The campaign aims to get homeless people aged 18 to 24 off the streets of San Francisco by providing temporary housing subsidies and job placements. The goal is this new public-private partnership aims to provide housing and jobs for 500 homeless youth and prevent homelessness for an additional 450 at-risk youth. The City has made an initial investment of $6 million to the campaign and the non-profit Tipping Point Community has committed an additional $3 million.

We, along with REDF and the Hotel Council, have joined the Mayor and represent a piece of private sector already on board with the campaign. We have committed the GGRA restaurant industry will provide 20 jobs to youth in this program over the next 2 years.
