Water Conservation Measures in Commercial Kitchens

Water conservation is upon us and looks like it’s here to stay. It may be time for restaurants to take another look at their kitchen equipment as a way to save water. The Food Service Technology Center has provided GGRA with a list of equipment: Water_Conservation_in_CFS that has been tested and verified in their lab to save water and money – everything from Ice Machines to Water Heaters.
