- Collection – Identify the needs of the community and propose and implement programs to collect and process materials.
- Recovery – Design sorting strategies, deploy a three-bin system, and establish outreach and education programs.
- Processing – Build infrastructure that includes machinery and technologies to extract and sort raw materials.
- Marketing & Commodities – Ensure that recycled commodities are sold to manufacturers that will create further recyclable consumer goods.

La Jolie Fleur
The South of France has long captured the attention, from sunny coastal villages overlooking the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea to the majestic alpine mountains covered with fragrant wildflowers and herbs. La Jolie Fleur, meaning “the pretty flower”, captures the essence of this remarkable region with a delicate, flavorful expression of the South of France.
Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley renowned for its cool-climate vineyard sites and diverse soil types. And in more recent years, it’s known as the home of J.
Founded in 1986, J Vineyards was established to produce Traditional Method sparkling wines as well as superlative varietal wines. Each of our estate vineyards offers a subtly different combination of soil and climate.
Combined with our traditional and labor-intensive harvesting and winemaking techniques, they produce some of the most exceptional wines to be found in the region.
The first of its kind, Junipero fearlessly led the birth of American craft gin in 1996.
Junípero is Spanish for juniper berry the main botanical in gin. Hell bent on elevating juniper & citrus flavors, the distilling team forged a new path by crafting each batch of Junipero in a small copper pot still, scouring the globe for the most expressive botanicals, and boldly bottling at an unfiltered 98.6 proof.
Decades later Junipero is still made by hand in San Francisco and celebrates those who break with convention to pursue an original path.
Inspired by a clear understanding of the quality of Burgundian-style winemaking, Paul and Kathryn Sloan launched Small Vines in Sonoma County in 1998. With a lifelong mission to produce "Grand-Cru" quality wines of authenticity, balance, and structure, Small Vines is 100% estate-grown and regeneratively produced Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. From the beginning, Small Vines has working in harmony with nature by farming organic, biodynamic wines, eliminating the use of chemicals and using traditional methods of winemaking that are pure, transparent, and create naturally precise wines.
Much like our founders, Greg and Sue White, Whitehaven offers a chance to experience a journey of adventure, boldness, and refreshing possibilities. In our carefully crafted wines, we capture the essence of our founders' daring expedition across the Pacific Ocean and their discovery of the stunning Marlborough region in New Zealand. Our portfolio of Sauvignon Blancs stands as an homage to this voyage, an embodiment of our commitment to Raise a Fresh Perspective with each sip.
An elegant expression of the Marlborough region, Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc showcases vibrant tropical notes underpinned by a crisp, herbaceous edge. Bright character meets balanced structure, with intense flavors of passionfruit, lemongrass, and white peach, leading to a long, clean finish. See the full tasting notes here.
Wild Horse Winery and Vineyards
Located in historic Templeton, Wild Horse Winery was named for the wild mustangs that roamed the hills east of our vineyard estate. Their free and noble spirit are a nod to Wild Horse Winery's commitment to spirited winemaking.
The Templeton vineyard and winery location was chosen in 1981 for its low vigor soils, proven ground water table, proximity to Estero Bay and rustic vibe. Situated at a midpoint in the Central Coast, this location is ideal for sourcing fruit from vineyards north and south of the winery. Wild Horse Winery remains a champion of Central Coast winegrowing, committed to sustainable viticultural practices and creating wines that express the region's diversity.
The varieties of soil composition and microclimates that can be found within the expansive Central Coast appellation present the opportunity to cultivate the same varietal in a wide range of growing conditions. This fact forms a key philosophy for Wild Horse Winery winemaking: multi-vineyard sourcing. While estate or vineyard-designated wines are outstanding, they offer just one expression of the grapes. Growing the same varietal in different terroirs and then carefully blending the individual lots allows us a spice rack of flavors. The ability to taste vineyard-designated wines alongside these mult-vineyard sourced wines provides a true education and exploration of the varietal.
