On March 22, 2022, the Board of Supervisors passed another ordinance for the Shared Spaces Program that extends the pandemic program until March 2023.  

In this webinar, the Shared Spaces Team will be giving an informational presentation and Q&A. It will cover what the new provisions of the revised legislation mean for small businesses and community groups. 

Topics will include extended permit and license fee waivers, delayed design and operating requirements, as well as some design requirements that will need to be addressed more urgently (such as those related to ADA and life safety).

The team will also talk about current and upcoming grant opportunities.
